Drawing inspiration from street culture, tradition, and art,

Story|HIBI-TAKUのはじまり
服飾学生として学んでいた頃、周りには才能に溢れた仲間が多く、思い描いた形に追いつけないもどかしさを抱えていました。
自分の「らしさ」や「強み」は何か。
その答えを探している最中出会ったのが、“革”という素材でした。
思いどおりに扱えず、個体差があり、誤魔化しのきかない難しさ。
知識も技術もないままに、試行錯誤を続ける日々でした。
それでも、向き合った時間だけ確かに応えてくれる。
やがて革が、自分らしさを見つけるための軸となり、ものづくりと向き合う姿勢そのものを教えてくれる存在になりました。
知り合いに無償で作らせてもらった作品も多く、不出来なものでも手渡したときの「ありがとう」の言葉や喜ぶ顔が、当時の自分を支える大きな原動力になっていました。
HIBI-TAKUのものづくりは、あの頃のもどかしさと、革との出会いを起点としながら、「日常にこそ贅沢を」という哲学へと育っています。
「ありがとう」や喜ぶ顔が見たくて、一つひとつを丁寧に、長く寄り添うものを届けたい。
その想いだけは、今も変わることはありません。
Our Story
HIBI-TAKU was born from a journey of searching for identity and meaning through craftsmanship.
While studying fashion, I struggled to find my own voice among talented peers.
It was leather—a material full of individuality and unpredictability—that taught me patience, honesty, and the importance of facing creation sincerely.
Through countless trials and errors, leather became the foundation of my craftsmanship and my philosophy.
HIBI-TAKU is guided by the belief of “Luxury in the Everyday”—creating pieces that bring quiet joy, gratitude, and long-lasting connection to everyday life.
That belief remains unchanged to this day.
Material｜厳選された素材
HIBI-TAKUのものづくりは、素材選びから始まります。
イタリア・フランスを中心とした上質なレザーに加え、作品の世界観に合う国産革も厳選して採用しています。
天然皮革が持つ唯一無二の風合い——傷、シワ、張り、密度。
その全てを“個性”として読み取り、適切な部位を選びながら、もっとも美しく仕上がる位置で裁断しています。
素材の魅力を最大限に引き出すための、小さなこだわりです。
Materials
Every HIBI-TAKU creation begins with the careful selection of materials.
We use high-quality leathers sourced mainly from Italy and France,as well as carefully chosen Japanese leathers that align with our aesthetic.
Each natural hide carries its own unique character—
variations in grain, texture, firmness, and density.
By reading these characteristics and selecting the most suitable areas,we cut and craft each piece to bring out the material’s full beauty.
This attention to detail is our way of honoring the material itself.
Craftsmanship|手仕事
フランス語のCouture Sellier、英語のSaddle Stitchとして知られる、伝統的な手縫い技法を採用しています。
馬具づくりに端を発するこの縫製は、ひとつずつ手で穴を開け、二本の糸を交互に運びながら仕上げる非常に手間のかかる工程です。
時間を積み重ねるほどに、縫い目は美しく揃い、強度は機械縫いとは比べものにならないものに。
HIBI-TAKUの多くの作品は、この手縫いによって、一つひとつ丁寧に仕立てられています。
Craftsmanship
HIBI-TAKU adopts the traditional hand-stitching technique known as
Couture Sellier in French, or Saddle Stitch in English.
Originating from equestrian craftsmanship, this method involves carefully hand-punching each hole and stitching with two needles, crossing the threads one by one.
It is a time-consuming process, but one that results in beautifully even stitches and exceptional durability—far beyond that of machine stitching.
Many HIBI-TAKU pieces are finished entirely by hand using this technique,with care and precision given to every single stitch.

革の香りとコーヒーの温もりが穏やかに混ざり合う、そんな場所で作品をご覧いただけるように準備を進めています。
現在はオンラインを中心に製作・販売を行っていますが、併設の喫茶スペースを活用し、完全予約制にて対面でのご相談やオーダーも承っています。
静かに向き合える空間で、素材選びからカスタムのご相談まで、ゆっくりとお話ししていただけます。
Vision
HIBI-TAKU envisions a space where people can enjoy refined moments within everyday life.
We are preparing a place where the gentle scent of leather blends with the warmth of coffee—a calm environment where our creations can be experienced slowly and thoughtfully.
While we currently focus on online production and sales,we also offer in-person consultations and custom orders by appointment only,within our café space.
In a quiet and welcoming setting,we invite you to take your time—from selecting materials to discussing custom details—and engage in a sincere dialogue about craftsmanship.
